Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Noble Image Window Fashions provides professional in-home window treatment consultations, product sales (including shutters, shades, and blinds), and expert installation services. Our service area primarily focuses on the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona, specifically Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, and surrounding communities.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provide during design consultations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance to the client. Final project pricing is subject to precise professional measurement verification and specific site conditions. All quoted prices include standard professional installation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Appointments & Access
The client agrees to provide Noble Image Window Fashions with reasonable access to the service property at scheduled appointment times. We appreciate and request at least 24 hours' notice for any necessary appointment rescheduling.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring all installation points are clear and accessible. This involves moving fragile items, valuable electronics, or large furniture away from the work area. To ensure a safe working environment, we ask that pets and children are safely secured away from the installation site during the duration of our visit.
5. Payments
A 50% deposit is standard and required to initiate the custom order process and fabrication of window treatments. The remaining financial balance is due immediately when the installation is scheduled. We accept major payment methods as discussed during the selection process.
6. Warranties & Limitations
Specific product warranties are provided by our respective manufacturing partners. Noble Image Window Fashions independently provides a limited one-year warranty on installation labor. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from standard wear and tear, product misuse, or structural shifts in the property after installation.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Due to the unique nature of our products, custom orders enter production immediately after the deposit is processed. Consequently, orders cannot be canceled or significantly modified once fabrication begins. Any post-order revisions requested may result in project delays and additional fabrication costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Noble Image Window Fashions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural flaws or environmental conditions that affect product performance. Our maximum liability remains limited to the contract value of the specific services rendered.
